We Are Infinite.

In shadows deep, a weary soul does dwell,

Where sunlight's warmth is but a distant knell.

A heavy burden, veiled in silent ache,

A fragile heart that yearns to mend and break.

The world seems dull, a colorless embrace,

Lost in a maze, entangled in its grace.

Each breath a struggle, weighed by unseen chains,

Yet hope's sweet ember flickers through the strains.

With tender touch and understanding eyes,

We'll navigate the depths, where darkness lies.

Lonely traveler of the night

Roaming through the shadows tight

Seeking solace in the stars

In the distance, a lighthouse glows afar

The wind whispers tales of old

Of love and loss, of tales untold

The moon casts a silver light

Guiding the traveler through the night

Though solitary, the traveler persists

Through darkness, fear, and mist

For in the stillness of the night

The traveler finds his inner light.

City lights, oh how they shine,

Illuminating the streets and skies,

A sea of sparks, a sight divine,

In the heart of the metropolis lies.

The neon signs, a bright display,

A symbol of the city's might,

Electric energy on display,

That shines so bright throughout the night.

The sounds of cars, a symphony,

A busy buzz, a rhythm so fine,

The city's pace, a constant energy,

That keeps us going all the time.

Amidst the hustle, the city sleeps,

Its people rest, before they rise,

To conquer their dreams, and make them realities,

With the city lights as their guiding eyes.

So let the city lights shine on,

As we make our way through the night,

A beacon of hope, a ray of dawn,

A symbol of progress, and of life.

Hundreds of thousands of years have elapsed,

Nothing seems to have changed since the beginning of time.

With the very utterance of my name.

The horror in everyone's eyes, that fading smile.

A rush of blood to the head.

A Skeletal figure in a dark hooded cloak wielding a scythe.

For ages, I have been known by different forms and names.

To comfort people out of their misery at the end of their time.

An idea of grievance, sadness and the full circle of life.

Death performs its duty, as does life.
